○Revised Figures of Japan Residential property Price Index(JRPI) is based on the actual transaction data of residential property (approximately 300 thousand transactions every year) and additional information checking by on-site survey to provide indices by Region and Metropolitan Areas.
○MLIT publishes JRPI（Revised Figures for October, November and December 2012）.
